During the month of May, I'm running a contest for you to win a copy of Take the Leap: What It Really Means to Be Psychic.

Join in the posts on Facebook
throughout each week to participate in the Take the Leap Challenge to grow your psychic abilities.
The contest starts today, Monday, May 9th and runs through Saturday, May 28th. You'll have 3 weeks to participate with 1 winner each week (announced on Saturdays during the month of May).
The posts will be interactive, designed to give you 1 activity item each day to use to learn more about your psychic abilities and use
them.
You can comment, like, and share posts to participate.
The person with the most participation by the end of each week wins a copy of Take the Leap! There will be 3 winners total by the end of the contest. believe they were formed billions of years ago as the earth changed from clouds of gases into a solid planet.
Life on our planet comes from a small number of chemical elements. Some of the most important ones are calcium, magnesium, sodium, sulfur, phosphorus and potassium. These are also sometimes called electrolytes.
There also minerals that are needed in smaller amounts. We call these trace minerals and they include iron, zinc, chromium, selenium, boron and
lithium.
Minerals are essential for life. They also determine your quality of life. If you are low in a certain mineral, you can feel sick, sluggish and distracted all the time.
Even if you only eat nutritious, organic foods, it does not guarantee you will get an adequate supply of minerals. Our foods just don't hold enough mineral content due to modern farming practices and environmental toxins.
